Our Classic Car Show aimed at bringing owners of cherished cars together, ranging from vintage era to modern day cult classics and showing them off to the public.
There will be plenty of food and drink from local suppliers plus with the added bonus of visiting Darts Farms shops. There will also be a chance to win a prize for your car in our competition categories, with prizes kindly sponsored by local businesses.
If you would like to book your car in, please complete below information and return it to us with your payment of £10.00 per car payable in advance by chq made to Estuary League of Friends. Or, we do accept BACS payment. Our Account number is: 02688371 and Sort Code: 30-93-14. Payment includes a ticket for the driver and one passenger, if you have any extra passengers you will need to pay an additional £5 per person.
You will then be issued with your car entry permit.
Closing Date: Friday 9th June at 5pm or until we meet the maximum Limit of 250 cars.

Terms & Conditions:
- Cars will be allowed on to the show field from 8:30am and need to be in position before the gates open to the public at 10:00am.
- You will be sent a Permit which must be displayed in the car window (right side) along with wrist bands which must be worn at all times.
- Darts Farm & Estuary League of Friends does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss of vehicle or personal effects or liability incurred at the Car Show
- Vehicle exhibitors must be covered by a current insurance policy with appropriate cover, of which a copy must be made available for inspection by request on the day
- Drivers of exhibiting cars must be fully competent and have an appropriate licence
- No vehicles are to be left running unattended. All vehicles are to be of safe working condition
- Exhibitors may not move their cars between the hours of 10:00am-3:00pm so that it is a safe area for visitors to walk around.
- In exceptional circumstances a vehicle may be moved with the assistance of a parking Marshall
- There will be a maximum speed limit of 5mph on the day for all vehicles on the site. Any exhibitor exceeding the speed limit shall be asked to leave
- All drivers of vehicles must obey the Marshall's instructions and not endanger any pedestrians or others on the site.
- Entry Fees are non-refundable
- Your name, address, telephone number, email and car details are being collected by a staff member on behalf of Estuary League of Friends. This will be used for the Classic Car Show event and entry list only and then registration forms will be destroyed. You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to use/store your data

Indemnity Details:
I agree to fully indemnify Estuary League of Friends and Darts Farm for any damage or liability arising from any breach of the conditions of entry or exhibits entered by me and confirm I have read an accept the Disclaimer of Liability (see below) and agree to abide the above conditions of entry.
The Disclaimer of Liability:
Estuary League of Friends and Darts Farm accepts no responsibility for any damage to/or loss of vehicles/traders' entries or personal effects or loss of income incurred by stall holders, exhibitors or their guests or employees as a result of attendance or proposed attendance at the sow.
